Map Webform checkbox options to Interest group subscriptions

At the moment it's possible to subscribe webform submissions to a Interest group by the setting in the Mailchimp Handler.
For a specific use-case we need to map the options chosen by the visitor to certain interest groups.
Therefore we've added extra configuration to map selected checkbox options to interest groups.
