I couldn't uninstall the module until I disabled content moderation for all entities

Problem/Motivation

I added the module and found I couldn't limit the roles that see the field as reported here ✨ Add permissions to allow users to assign reviewers Needs work and then I decided to uninstall the module and was getting this error;

Not until I disabled content moderation for all entity types was I able to uninstall the module.

Meanwhile before then I tried adding a user as a reviewer on a node and after saving the field stayed empty like before.
