Contextual tools menu is missing

Problem/Motivation

When your have edit content permissions and hover an article, the contextual tools menu (the little edit pencil icon) appears for the first items but not for the ones added by pager_infinite_scroll.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the page where your paginated view is displayed
2. Hover an article: the contextual menu appears
3. Scroll down so pager_infinite_scroll loads next articles
4. Hover one of the newly loaded articles: no contextual menu

Proposed resolution

Can this be fixed in the "pager_infinite_scroll.js" file?
