Upgrade Flex payment gateway to "Microform Integration v2"

Starting with version 0.0.39 of the cybersource/rest-client-php library, the Flex payment gateway does not work because several classes no longer exist:

use CyberSource\Api\KeyGenerationApi;
use CyberSource\Model\GeneratePublicKeyRequest;

According to the following guide, we need to upgrade the Flex payment gateway to Microform Integration v2.
