I added a first draft providing an integration to the image_widget_crop module. It can be used similar to the focal_point integration like following:
drush isg "Default" 100 1400 100 --ratio=4x3 --use-manual-crop - Open on Drupal.org →Core: 9.5.x + Environment: PHP 8.1 & MySQL 5.7last update

I used this in several projects now, so I guess it'll be fine to merge.
