Calendar add event link does not work in all contexts

Problem/Motivation

The views-view-fullcalendar twig template has a hard coded path in the href argument which doesn't work in all environments, e.g. if the site is installed in a subpath or otherwise.

Proposed resolution

Use the path function with the route name instead.
