Invalid token error occurs when customizing the default mail text.

Problem/Motivation

I receive the following error when customizing the default mail text after installing Comment Notify for the first time.

Default mail text for sending out notifications to commenters is using the following invalid tokens: [comment-subscribed:author], [comment-subscribed:unsubscribe-url].

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and enable Comment Notify
2. Navigate to the Comment notification settings page.
3. Enable Comment Notify on an entity with commenting and update the default mail text, keeping the default tokens in use.
4. Try saving the form.

Proposed resolution

Fix the issue, cause TBD.

Current workaround: Save the Comment Notification settings page without those invalid tokens. Clear cache. Now the tokens are available and you can use them in your email.
