Revamp the 9.1.x branch for Varbase Core to work with Drupal ~10.1.0 and custom needed changes for a smoother upgrade process

Problem/Motivation

Drupal 9 support will end in November 2023 →
November 1, 2023 (UTC) Drupal 9 reaches end-of-life due to its dependency on Symfony 4.

What to do about Drupal 9's end of life in November 2023
  • The 9.0.x branch works well with Drupal ~9.0
  • But number of modules are deprecated in Drupal ~10.1.0
  • The Drupal 10 core has other more needed patches

Proposed resolution

  • Revamp the 9.1.x branch only for Drupal ~10.1.0.
  • Copy and update the 9.1.x branch with latest changes from the 9.0.x branch.
  • Update drupal/core to ~10.1.0 in the .info.yml and composer.josn file
  • Update used modules to match with the latest used in the 10.0.x
  • Remove deprecated modules to match with the latest used in the 10.0.x
    • Remove drupal/better_normalizers from Varbase Core ( Uninstall first )
    • Switch drupal/betterlogin:~1.0 with vardot/betterlogin:~2.0
    • Update drupal/webform from ~6.1.0 to ~6.2.0
    • Update drupal/persistent_login from 1.6.0 to 2.1.1
