Declare SDC as a dependency

The sdc module is not currently declared as a dependency of the theme. Because of this, I can install the theme without first installing sdc, resulting in the following error: "The following theme is missing from the file system: sdc."

Seems like there is already dependency on the core sdc module on the main branch
