Problem/Motivation

private: true doesnt actually do anything. Note: since this fixes privatisation, this surfaces a bug caused by 🐛 ServiceClosureArgument with private service references original non-existent service Needs review . So a new SymfonyMessengerUnprivatizeTransportsCompilerPass compiler pass is being introduced to Symfony Messenger project.
