Library needs URL for license

In superfish.module, the function superfish_library_info_build() needs to have a "url" key beneath "license" to avoid this error:

Warning: Undefined array key "url" in Drupal\Core\Asset\JsCollectionOptimizerLazy->optimizeGroup() (line 174 of /var/www/html/core/lib/Drupal/Core/Asset/JsCollectionOptimizerLazy.php)

It appears some Drupal core change has started to make this warning show in production sites.
