Buttons need to be themed based on the theme.

I have done the styling for the buttons and also attached the screenshot of how the buttons look after making the changes.

Although while styling the same, I found an issue with the search form present on the sidebar region, which is not functional because of pull-left class being attached to the form in smarty_admin.theme file in the smarty_admin_form_alter hook. This class acts the same as float: left; property, which hides the search form.
