Problem/Motivation

There are some issues with some of our components not working completely correctly:

Heading
* Alignment does nothing
* Decorative Line does nothing

Media
* Image needs default responsiveness - make full width of container
* Remote Video needs default responsiveness - make full width of container

Button
* Icon is too close to text
* There is no outline version
* Options for multiple buttons how they arrange, stack hitting each other

Short Banner
* Link is not showing
* Image does not go to bottom of banner if the text is too long

Tabs
* Error in twig template
* Add group, group automatic to list of blocks you can add
