Message text is not translated

Problem/Motivation

The message field is not showing the translation in other languages even when you can translate it in the UI translation page.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the UI translation and translate the message to a new language then go to the webform to see the message.

Proposed resolution

Do not message this text as it is from a config object. Should just add the text as warning.
