Only local files should be passed to _locale_parse_js_file(

Thank you for this excellent module. I have install it its works perfectly however, it bring this error
: Exception: Only local files should be passed to _locale_parse_js_file(). in _locale_parse_js_file() (line 1088 of core/modules/locale/locale.module).

even after its uninstalled.
highly appreciate if you can help resolving this issue.
