I am getting the same error. [Drupal\Core\Config\UnmetDependenciesException]

Have installed many times before now this error. Using Cloudways

The "Warning: Undefined array key "token" in install_profile_modules() (line 1582 of core/includes/install.core.inc)." we've not been able to reproduce.
