Add language_manager to EntityViewBuilderPluginAbstract

Problem/Motivation

When building referenced entities inside a paragraphs, we cannot rely on the language of the paragraph, we need the language_manager service to get the current language. If we have this on the EntityViewBuilderPluginAbstract class, we don't need to extend it to add it.
