Tests fail because webform stable is not Drupal 10 compatible

Problem/Motivation

Currently, our tests fail, because the Drupal 10 compatible "webform" module is currently still in beta. Inside our gitlab ci pipeline, composer can not get the correct package, because minimum stability seems to be higher than "beta".
