This issue can be fixed by adding simple css code in style.css file
top-header-wrapper .left-top-header { display: block; } - 🇮🇳India jay jangid Jaipur
@alok_singh, I've tested this problem on Drupal 9.5.x.
After applying the solution you provided,
the issue has been resolved.
As a result, the top header information is now clearly visible.
I'm including the before and after states for reference.
