Proposed resolution

Change drupal/bootstrap_styles to 1.1.5 in the composer.json file
Keep the patch for #3192061: Have the option to use other admin themes like Claro or Gin → on the 10.0.x branch
and 📌 Support Bootstrap 5 on bootstrap_styles module Needs work on the 10.1.x branch
