Allow fixed token value

Hi,all
Thank you for the great works on the project.

I use token [random:hash:xxh64] to gernerate 16 chars hash value,but it got updated when the node update.

Could it be possible if we add an checkbox says "Also apply the value on update. " just like Entity Prepopulate module(but it didn't work on drupal10).
