Add doccumentation

This module does not fix Composer requirements. For that, you want this plugin: https://github.com/mglaman/composer-drupal-lenient

This module allows you to enable the module after you've downloaded the out of date module. If you don't want to configure composer lenient, you can also git clone the module:

cd web/modules/contrib
git clone https://git.drupalcode.org/project/feeds_stock.git
