i don't think it is correct to post russian technical requirements to the Ukrainian team for estimation. Unless you are trying to raise a war here in comments, which I believe could also be a violation of the code of conduct
Let me put this straight what I'm referring to

I don't think you are looking for controversy itself, but it's definitely a controversial thing to ask Ukrainians work with russian document.- Violent or abusive language directed against another person or group of people
russian language is abusive towards Ukrainians. It's a fact, confirmed by thousands of killed in genocide by russians against Ukrainians.With all due respect, let me close this ticket and ask you to rethink destination.
