Reference Table Formatter module tests non compatible with D10.1

Problem/Motivation

Test a patch on Reference Table Formatter module version 8.x-1.2 on Drupal 10.1 gives the error,

PHP 8.1 & MariaDB 10.3.22, D10.1 run-tests.sh fatal error
