Reference Table Formatter module version 2.0.x-dev not D10.1 compatible

Problem 1 - Root composer.json requires drupal/reference_table_formatter ^2.0 -> satisfiable by drupal/reference_table_formatter[2.0.0-alpha1, 2.0.0-alpha2, 2.0.x-dev]. - drupal/reference_table_formatter[2.0.0-alpha1, ..., 2.0.x-dev] require drupal/core ^8.8 || ^9 -> found drupal/core[8.8.0-alpha1, ..., 8.9.x-dev, 9.0.0-alpha1, ..., 9.5.x-dev] but it conflicts with your root composer.json require (^10.1).

@Mohd Sahzad, thank you for the patch. Tested only to verify the patch can be apply, since the tests have problems for D10.

Well, requirements are verified before patch is applied, therefore there is the error test "D10.1 Composer require failure".
