drupal-rector and phpstan-drupal are in conflict

Problem / Motivation

During running drupal-rector I faced with error:
[ERROR] "PHPStan\ShouldNotHappenException" thrown in
"/Users/[user_name]/Projects/[project_name]/vendor/mglaman/phpstan-drupal/drupal-autoloader.php" on line 7
while loading bootstrap file
/Users/[user_name]/Projects/[project_name]/vendor/mglaman/phpstan-drupal/drupal-autoloader.php: The autoloader
did not receive the container.

Seems like drupal-rector and phpstan-drupal are in conflict

I use drupal-rector v.0.15.1 and phpstan-drupal v.1.1.30 (I also increased version to 1.2.0 - it doesn't helps me)

There are at least two possible interpretations of this report:

1) When I run [this rector command] an error is thrown
2) After I run [this rector command] and then I run [this phpstan command] an error is thrown

These are two very different problems.

I don't understand the steps you are taklng here. Can you provide a bulleted list that includes the commands?
