Hi @alok_singh,
I have tested this issue in Drupal 9.5.x, I noticed that when I assign multiple footer menus to the footer regions, they appear misaligned. However, when I assign the footer menu to footer regions 1, 2, and 3, they display in perfect alignment.

I've also tested and confirmed the success of your MR. However, the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, the MR is displaying a warning, so please look into it.
