Possibility to globally disable Entity type mapping

Problem/Motivation

For now, a user should manually disable mapping for entity type in every field.
This functionality will give the possibility to disable the mapping of entity type references globally in all the entities/fields/etc.

Proposed resolution

Create a menu item with a form that will give a possibility to globally disable entity type mapping.

User interface changes

New menu item in Configuration. Form at admin/config/content/entity-references-mapping.
