Remove dynamic_entity_reference dependency

Problem/Motivation

dynamic_entity_reference module doesn't seem to be used anymore in any of our paragraph types, but it still marked as dependency in some (sub)modules here.

Proposed resolution

Remove the dependency so the module can be uninstalled!
