Empty Body field results in errors

Problem/Motivation

If a user adds a Table block with an empty body, an error will occur:

TypeError: {closure}(): Argument #1 ($markup) must be of type Drupal\Core\Render\Markup, string given in {closure}() (line 27 of /var/www/docroot/modules/contrib/lb_table/lb_table.module).

Steps to reproduce

Add a Table block with an empty Body.

Proposed resolution

Don't error.
