Create Event for registration during checkout

Added fixes as per comments above.

Looks good at first glance, we might need to support people overridding the login pane via their custom code by nullifying the event subscriber by default, with a fallback using \Drupal::service() (in case the parameter isn't passed).

We need to copy/adapt the trigger error from above and replace 2.33 by 2.38.
