Title attribute translation when entity is multilingual

It is important that the title attribute is displayed in the corresponding language for multilingual sites, as it is not currently being translated. Attached patch for the new version of the module.

Marking as fixed because of #3420502.

Title attributes are now handle with a custom settings and should be 100% translatable.
