Issue with form fields for media

Problem/Motivation

When opening the edit form of media there will be some fields missing depending on the toggle of the sidebar. I recorded a Video to illustrate the issue at hand.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Fields in the pop up or any other edit form besides Article etc shouldn't be affected by the sidebar.

Author information fields should no longer collapse when the side bar is toggled in edit picture Pop Up.
