Error: Base route not available for route when deleting cache

Attached patch fix this problem, move the routing with parent admin/config/search instead of admin/config/system, fix module convention naming in dependencies and add metatag dependency

New patch with title tag instead of meta title.

You must change the module weight to 1 for execute domain after metatag.

As patch is deprecated so Converted patch into MR.
