Paragraphs action dropdown button text is not visible

Install paragraph module and Root theme in Drupal10.1.
Now create paragraph types
Add newly created paragraph type in Article content type as entity reference revisions.
Now create an article and add paragraphs in it.
Click on actions drop down of paragraph, the text of buttons is not visible due to its color.

Verified the MR1 on 10.x, the actions drop-down text of the paragraph is now visible. Added screenshots for reference, RTBC++
Issue was unassigned.
