D10 compatibility and code cleanup

First patch.

D10 is fully supported now, lots of code cleanup (fixing various PHPStorms warnings) and added configs for bs_slider_swiper submodule.

Seems it is working fine, more testing is needed before committing - coming soon :)

Small fix for bootstrap fullscreen js code.
