Make block titles linkable

Not sure how other people feel about this, but I would love for the block titles to be linkable. For example, you might have a contacts page with all kinds of details about people, but in the dashboard just the most recent added, or a quick search by name. If you needed to do more, you could quickly click on the block title to get to the detailed page. Just one example.

Sorry for the extremely late update and thanks for the suggestion, but I ended up using Layout Builder Title Link → , which works perfectly.
