Unable to install 3.0.x in a Drupal 9.x with php8.1

The MR 4 is a temporary solution until the maintainer of the library merge this PR: https://github.com/saintsystems/odata-client-php/pull/143

Drupal 9 is not supported anymore. We are using this module on Drupal 10.1.8 and PHP 8.1.26 without problems. Is this still a valid issue?
