Hamburger is position is not correct bw 766px and 576px screen.

I have pushed the code for the same, also attached a screenshot for reference. Please review.

The correct position for the hamburger is between 767px and 576px on the screen.
There was an issue between 766px and 576px screen size.
Therefore, I updated the issue summary.

I tested this on my Drupal 9.5.x site after applying the Merge Request provided by @shweta__sharma.
The hamburger position issue has been resolved between 766px and 576px screen size.
I have attached a screenshot for reference.
