Problem/Motivation

Paragraphs are not translated if the source language is not the default language.

Steps to reproduce

1. Set up a Drupal site with English as the default language.
2. Enable at least 2 other languages, for example French and German.
3. Create a node type with a paragraphs field.
4. Create a node in English and add some content to the paragraphs field.
5. Auto translate the node into French. Note that this works fine.
6. Open the edit form for the French translation.
7. From there, open Auto Translate tab and translate the node to German.
8. This will use the French text as the source, but the paragraphs will fail to be translated.
