I recently installed Gin Admin Theme → on a site in progress (9.5.10) with lots of views using VBO (4.2.5). With Seven, which I was using previously, and Claro as well the actions repeated at the top and the bottom as shown on the attached pix. With Gin, however, both sets are at the bottom (see attached pic). Is this an issue you can help with?
