Duplication?

As I look at the list of new themes, I'm confused as to why https://www.drupal.org/project/vt_theme and https://www.drupal.org/project/revolt appear to be identical. The screenshots are identical, and the descriptions are identical, the only real differences that I see are that the Virasat theme is version 1.0.1 while the revolt theme is version 1.0.2, and while both show @yogeshk as a maintainer, Virasat also lists @gautam_105. Both themes were last updated on 7 September. I'm presuming that one is intended to supersede the other, but neither profile makes this at all clear.
