Problem/Motivation

Following on from ✨ Log exceptions Fixed , the Twilio service does not log exceptions.

Steps to reproduce

1. Use the\Drupal\twilio\Services\Sms service in custom code.
2. Trigger an exception

Proposed resolution

Log the exception.
Don't output all the details.
