Only 500 notifications are considered when notifications are evaluated

Merchant has over 4000 notifications pending and the number is only growing. However, the module, based on https://git.drupalcode.org/project/commerce_stock_notifications/-/blob/8... only considers first 500.

The plan is to increase that number temporarily to more sane default - 10000 - and ensure the process can't run multiple times (with lock).
