AD Groups no longer mapping to Drupal roles

I've tested this patch with 'Manual (Specify which AD groups map to which Drupal roles)'. We don't use automatic mapping so unable to test this option.

Patch from adstokoe in #2 works for me.

Not to be pushy or anything but will this issue be taken care of? It should be fairly simple to fix the bug and I suppose quite a lot of website upgrades depend on this.
