Problem/Motivation

PHP deprecation notice:

Deprecated function : Creation of dynamic property Drupal\panels_everywhere\Plugin\DisplayVariant\PanelsEverywhereDisplayVariant::$conditionManager is deprecated dans Drupal\ctools\Plugin\DisplayVariant\BlockDisplayVariant->__construct() (/var/www/html/web/modules/contrib/ctools/src/Plugin/DisplayVariant/BlockDisplayVariant.php ligne 94)

This property is definied dynamically by ctools class: BlockDisplayVariant.
