Add libraries for components used in templates

Problem/Motivation

As of the writing of this ticket, the module attempts to find libraries for components being used in Layout Canvas fields - this works as it should.

However, when components are used in, ie, content-type templates instead, their libraries are not added via the same process.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Investigate a way to add the libraries for components when rendering Site Studio templates, not just node entities.

• Produce proof of concept
• Review and test
