Keep track of experimental / new attributes

Problem/Motivation

Many Manifest attributes are listed as experimental currently, see https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/Manifest
We should keep track of them, once they become stable to add them in the settings.

Until that anyone is free to add them via the alter hooks!
