Bypass the restriction for different roles that registers with multiple_registration module

Problem/Motivation

If the multiple_registration is enabled, it will be great to restrict the domain_registration checks only for specified types of roles.

Proposed resolution

Bypass checking for registrations made from a specified path. eg 'role1/register'
