color module dependency for the theme

Problem/Motivation

Install the latest theme for D9 without enabling core color module (deprecated). and we get the dependency error on color module as follows.

Error: Call to undefined function Drupal\socialblue\Plugin\Preprocess\color_get_palette() in Drupal\socialblue\Plugin\Preprocess\Html->preprocess() (line 25 of /var/www/html/web/themes/contrib/socialblue/src/Plugin/Preprocess/Html.php)

Steps to reproduce

Install the latest theme version for D9 without enabling core color module (deprecated), Falls in to WSOD.

Proposed resolution

Add a dependency for the color module in theme for D9, Until D10 compatible theme releases.
